How We Ship

We use premium courier services to deliver your order safely and efficiently across India.

Primary Courier: Blue Dart Express — India's premier courier service for fast, reliable delivery to major cities and metro areas.

Secondary Courier: India Post — For locations not serviced by Blue Dart, we use India Post to ensure nationwide coverage.

Your shipping confirmation email will specify which courier is handling your delivery.


Delivery Timeline

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (order preparation and dispatch)

Delivery Time (after dispatch):

  • Delhi & Mumbai: 2-3 business days (Blue Dart)
  • North & Northwest cities: 3-5 business days (Blue Dart)
  • Major metros (Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.): 3-5 business days (Blue Dart)
  • South & East regions: 5-7 business days (Blue Dart)
  • Remote areas: 7-14 business days (India Post)

Total Timeline: Expect delivery within 3-16 business days from order placement, depending on your location and courier assignment.

These are estimates based on typical courier performance. Actual delivery depends on courier operations, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

You'll need:

  • Your tracking number from our shipping confirmation email

Check your shipping confirmation email to see which courier is handling your delivery, then use the appropriate tracking link.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Courier required for your area
  • Any remote area surcharges

If your pincode is out of reach for Bluedart Surface service, additional charges will be charged to get it delivered. 


What Happens After You Order

Step 1: Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email immediately confirming your order details and total amount paid.

Step 2: Processing (1-2 Business Days)

We prepare your order for shipment:

  • Quality check each product
  • Pack securely with protective materials
  • Determine best courier for your location
  • Generate shipping label

Step 3: Dispatch

Your order is handed to Blue Dart Express or India Post for delivery.

Step 4: Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an email containing:

  • Courier name (Blue Dart or India Post)
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

Step 5: Delivery

Courier delivers to your address. Most deliveries require signature confirmation.


For Orders from Amazon or Other Platforms:

Tracking is handled entirely by the retailer:

  • Amazon orders: Track on Amazon's website or app
  • Other platforms: Use that platform's tracking system

Courier services and tracking for other retailers may differ from prazuchi.com orders.


Courier Assignment

How we determine which courier:

Blue Dart Coverage Areas:

  • All metro cities and major urban centers
  • Most tier 2 and tier 3 cities
  • Areas with Blue Dart service centers

India Post Coverage Areas:

  • Remote locations not serviced by Blue Dart
  • Rural areas and small towns
  • Areas with challenging accessibility

We automatically select the best available courier for your pin code. You'll be notified which courier is assigned when your order ships.


Delivery Requirements

What Couriers Need:

Accurate Address
Provide complete address including:

  • House/flat number
  • Building/society name
  • Street name
  • Landmark (helpful for locating)
  • Correct pin code

Contact Number
Active phone number where courier can reach you if needed.

Someone Available
Most deliveries require signature. Ensure someone is available to receive, or courier will attempt redelivery.


Delivery Attempts

If you're not available:

Blue Dart: Typically makes 2-3 delivery attempts. Between attempts:

  • They'll leave a delivery notice
  • They'll call the contact number provided
  • Package held at local Blue Dart office for pickup

India Post: Makes delivery attempts as per local post office schedule:

  • Delivery notice left
  • Package held at local post office for pickup
  • Longer holding period (typically 30 days)

To avoid failed delivery:

  • Monitor tracking for estimated delivery date
  • Ensure contact number is correct and reachable
  • Arrange someone to receive if you'll be unavailable

Address Issues

If your address is incorrect:

Contact us immediately at support@prazuchi.com or +91-9928330990.

Before shipment: We may be able to correct it.
After shipment: Typically cannot be changed. You may need to coordinate directly with the courier or refuse delivery and reorder.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses you provided
  • Orders shipped to wrong addresses you provided
  • Additional costs for address corrections after shipment

Prevention: Double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.


Remote Area Delivery

Some locations are classified as "remote areas" and may incur:

  • Additional delivery charges (calculated at checkout)
  • Extended delivery time (7-14 business days)
  • Assignment to India Post instead of Blue Dart

Remote area charges are clearly displayed before payment if applicable.


Delivery Problems

Package Not Received

  1. Check tracking on appropriate courier website first
  2. Verify delivery address you provided
  3. Check with household members if someone else received it
  4. Contact courier directly using your tracking number:
    • Blue Dart: 1860 233 1234
    • India Post: Your local post office
  5. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery

Package Damaged in Transit

  1. Do not refuse delivery - accept the package
  2. Note damage on delivery receipt
  3. Photograph damaged packaging immediately (before opening)
  4. Photograph damaged product inside
  5. Contact us within 24-48 hours with photos and tracking number
  6. Retain all packaging materials for inspection if needed

We'll work with you and the courier to resolve damage claims and arrange replacement or refund.


What We Don't Control

We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers
  • Packages lost by couriers (though we'll assist with claims)
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delays due to incorrect addresses provided by you
  • India Post service timelines (government service schedules)
  • Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics)

However, we will:

  • Work with you to resolve issues
  • File claims with couriers on your behalf
  • Provide replacements or refunds when appropriate
  • Maintain communication throughout resolution process

International Shipping

Limited international shipping may be available. Contact support@prazuchi.com with your country to check availability.

International orders:

  • You're responsible for ALL customs duties and import taxes
  • Delivery typically 2-4 weeks
  • We cannot undervalue for customs
  • Customs delays are outside our control

Orders from Other Retailers

If you purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms:

Shipping is handled entirely by that retailer. Contact them for:

  • Tracking information
  • Delivery issues
  • Shipping delays
  • Address changes
  • Courier information

Courier services used by other retailers may differ from our prazuchi.com orders.

Q: Can I choose which courier delivers my order?
A: No, courier assignment is automatic based on your pin code and courier availability. We select the most reliable option for your location.

Q: Why was my order sent via India Post instead of Blue Dart?
A: Your location is not serviced by Blue Dart. India Post provides comprehensive coverage to areas Blue Dart cannot reach.

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery date?
A: No, delivery dates are estimated based on typical courier timelines. We cannot guarantee specific dates.

Q: Do you ship on weekends?
A: We process orders Monday-Saturday. Blue Dart delivers Monday-Saturday (some locations Sunday). India Post delivers per local post office schedule.

Q: Can I pick up from your warehouse instead of shipping?
A: No, we operate online only and don't offer local pickup.

Q: What if the courier tries to deliver when I'm not home?
A: They'll leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold for pickup at their local office/post office.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately. We can only change if the order hasn't shipped yet (usually within first 1-2 hours of ordering).

Q: Why isn't my tracking showing any updates?
A: Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. India Post tracking may update less frequently than Blue Dart.

Q: The estimated delivery date has passed. Where's my order?
A: Check tracking first. If showing delays, contact the courier directly. If unresolved, contact us and we'll investigate.

Q: I purchased from Amazon. Where's my tracking?
A: Check your Amazon account or app. Amazon uses their own couriers and tracking system separate from prazuchi.com orders.
