We achieve the orthopedic feature by using three different types of foam glued on top of each other. The top layer is made of memory foam which is soft and takes the shape of your pooch’s body when he lays on it. It contours the body of your dog to promote proper spinal alignment. Below this is the PU foam of high density sourced from international manufacturers. The PU foam makes the centre layer soft and cushiony. The high density of PU foam ensures that your pooch’s bed remains comfortable for years together without losing its loft. Below this PU foam is the EPE foam, a lightweight and dense foam, which serves as the main support layer in the bottom. It has a much higher density than the PU foam on top and does not let your dog sink down the bed and touch the ground. The thickness of the bed is 5 inches.

For the cushion lining, we use 1000 Denier nylon fabric, which is tear resistant and has a rip-stop design. This makes the bed waterproof and has a smooth surface which makes it really easy to clean the bed. The inner cushion can be cleaned with a simple pet-friendly cleaner and a clean towel. Any accidents or dirt can be simply wiped off or the cushion can be rinsed under water. Because of the nature of the waterproof fabric, it dries up in a few minutes and the bed is ready to use again.

It is a heavyweight fabric with a GSM of 460 and abrasion resistance of more than 20000 cycles. It comes with a hidden zipper to deter your pet from chewing it.
