Order Tracking and delivery:

Q: How Do I know my order is confirmed?

A: Once the payment is made, you will get an order confirmation and summary on your email.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

A: To change your delivery address write us an email at support@prazuchi.com with your order details within two days of placing the order. We will do the rest.

Q: Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

A: Currently, we do not have this option. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can courier it back to us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the order amount along with the courier charges bared by the customer ( terms and conditions apply).

Q: Which courier will deliver my item?

A: We use India post to courier your items.

Q: Are there shipping and delivery charges for my order?

A: Shipping and delivery charges depend on the item you have purchased. We have free shipping for all orders above INR 1000.

Q: Can I schedule the delivery of my order as per my availability?

A: Yes, You can certainly do so. Write and email to us at support@prazuchi.com with your order details and any other modifications.

 

Cancellation:

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: To cancel your order, write an email to us at support@prazuchi.com.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?

A: If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if Prazuchi cancels your order, we will refund your money back.

Q: How will i get a refund for the items I cancelled?

A: After confirming your cancellation, we will wire the amount directly to your bank account within 6 working days.

Q: Can I cancel a Part of my order?

A: Yes, Write an email to us at support@prazuchi.com with details of items you want to cancel. Delivery charges will be added to the order if applicable.

Q: Can I cancel my order anytime before delivery?

A: To cancel your order, write and email to us at support@prazuchi.com with your order details within two days of placing the order. If the order has been shipped already, please refuse the delivery.

 

Return/replacement:

Q: How can i return or replace an item?

A: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can ship it back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Q: When will I receive my replacement item?

A: After placing the request for replacement, it will be delivered within 10 working days.

Q: Will Prazuchi pick up the item I want to return or replace?

A: We currently do not have an option for pick up. To return an item, please ship it back to us on the given address, we will refund the courier charges.

Q: Can I return or replace a part of my order?

A: Yes, certainly! However, if the item is a part of a combo or an offer, the entire order should be returned/replaced.

Q: Do I also need to return the free gift I received with my order?

A: Yes, free gifts are part of combos and offers.

 

Payment:

Q: What are the different modes of payment?

Currently we offer, payment through card or online bank transfer.

Q: Are my payments secure?

A: Yes, certainly they are. We are partnered with Razorpay which provides you online security for you card/bank details. Fret no! Prazuchi does not store your details.

Q: My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?

A: Let us know immediately, by writing an email to us at support@prazuchi.com

 

Refund:

Q: When can I expect refund of my returned item?

A: The refund amount will reflect in your account within 6 working days.

Q: When can I expect refund of my cancelled order?

A: The refund amount will reflect in your account within 6 working days.

Q: What are the details I must provide for a bank NEFT transfer?

A: You need to provide the following details:

  • Bank account number
  • Account holder’s name
  • IFSC code (mentioned on your bank cheques)

Q: I have not received the reimbursement of my courier charges. What do I do?

A: Send us a copy of the courier receipt to us on support@prazuchi.com. For both party’s convenience we urge you to ship you cancelled orders through India post.

Q: I did not get the complete amount for the courier charges I bared. What do I do?

A: We urge our customers to ship returned/cancelled orders through India post. We calculate shipping costs according to India post and refund the same.
