Terms of Sale

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Prazuchi ("we," "us," "our") through our website at prazuchi.com (the "Website").

By placing an order through our Website, you ("you," "your," "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not place an order.


2. Eligibility to Purchase

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase from Prazuchi. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.

2.3 Authorized Use

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and truthful.


3. Product Information

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, and colors. However:

  • Product colors may appear differently depending on your monitor settings, lighting conditions, and individual color perception
  • Actual products may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography techniques, or minor manufacturing variations
  • Dimensions and measurements are approximate and may vary within reasonable tolerances
  • Material textures and finishes may vary slightly from images

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products at any time without notice
  • Modify product specifications, materials, or designs
  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Restrict sales to certain geographic regions

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3.3 Product Descriptors

Terms such as "chew-resistant," "waterproof," "orthopedic," "durable," and similar descriptive language are relative terms describing design intentions, not absolute guarantees. Individual results vary based on:

  • Pet behavior, size, weight, and temperament
  • Frequency and manner of use
  • Proper maintenance and care according to instructions
  • Environmental conditions

3.4 Product Suitability

You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your pet's size, weight, needs, and behavior. We provide sizing guides and recommendations, but you must make the final determination of suitability.

We are not liable for products that prove unsuitable for your specific pet or situation if you selected the wrong size, type, or specification.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase (when payment is authorized), not when you add items to your cart.

4.2 Pricing Errors

We take great care to ensure pricing accuracy. However, if a pricing error occurs:

  • We will inform you as soon as we discover the error
  • We will give you the option to:
    • Purchase at the correct price, or
    • Cancel the order for a full refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
  • If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund if you decline the corrected price

Pricing errors do not obligate us to honor incorrect prices.

4.3 Taxes and Duties

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Prices include GST
  • No additional taxes will be charged at checkout
  • GST invoice provided with shipment

International Orders :

  • Prices do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country
  • You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees
  • These charges are collected by shipping carriers or customs authorities at delivery
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict amounts
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in return to sender at your expense

4.4 Additional Charges

Depending on your location or special requirements, additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote area delivery fees (if applicable)
  • Special handling requests
  • Expedited shipping (if selected)

All applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4.5 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available, may include COD handling fee

4.6 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize us to charge the total amount (including products, shipping, taxes, and fees) to your selected payment method
  • Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method
  • Warrant that all payment information is accurate and complete

4.7 Payment Authorization

Your order is subject to payment authorization and fraud verification. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline orders that fail payment authorization
  • Request additional verification before processing orders
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Limit order quantities to prevent fraud
  • Refuse orders from customers with history of payment issues

4.8 Currency and Conversion

If you are paying in a currency other than INR, your financial institution will convert the charge. We are not responsible for:

  • Currency conversion rates applied by your bank
  • Foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer
  • Variations in the final amount charged due to exchange rate fluctuations

5. Order Process

5.1 Placing an Order

To place an order:

  1. Browse products and add items to your shopping cart
  2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
  3. Provide shipping information
  4. Select shipping method
  5. Provide billing information
  6. Review order summary (items, prices, shipping, taxes, total)
  7. Complete payment

5.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided. This email confirms we have received your order but does NOT constitute acceptance.

The order confirmation will include:

  • Order number
  • Items ordered
  • Quantities
  • Prices
  • Shipping address
  • Estimated delivery timeframe
  • Total amount charged

Please review your order confirmation immediately and contact us if any information is incorrect.

5.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or description errors
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Geographic shipping restrictions
  • Excessive order quantities
  • Previous account issues or violations
  • Business or operational reasons

Order acceptance occurs when we ship your product and send you a shipping confirmation email. Until acceptance, we may cancel your order at any time.

5.4 Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications are difficult and may not be possible.

To request modifications:

  • Provide your order number
  • Specify the requested changes

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests but cannot guarantee we can make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

We cannot modify:

  • Orders already shipped
  • Orders in final packing stage
  • Shipping addresses once shipped (contact the courier directly)

5.5 Order Cancellation by You

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it ships by:

  • Contacting us immediately at support@prazuchi.com or +91-9928330990
  • Providing your order number
  • Requesting cancellation

If we can cancel before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery or return the product according to our Returns Policy (see Section 7).

COD Orders: COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If you refuse a COD delivery without valid reason, we may:

  • Charge you return shipping costs
  • Restrict future COD privileges
  • Block future orders in cases of repeated refusals

5.6 Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order (before or after acceptance) if:

  • Products become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Pricing or product errors are discovered
  • Payment issues arise
  • We cannot fulfill the order for any reason
  • Force majeure events prevent fulfillment (see Section 13)

If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5.7 Order Quantity Limitations

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased:

  • Per person
  • Per household
  • Per order
  • Per day/week/month

These limitations apply across:

  • Multiple orders from the same account
  • Orders placed with the same payment method
  • Orders shipped to the same address
  • Orders we reasonably believe are from the same person

If you wish to place bulk orders for commercial resale, please contact us at support@prazuchi.com to discuss wholesale arrangements.


6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to locations across India. International shipping may be available to select countries.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse shipment to certain geographic areas
  • Discontinue shipping to specific regions
  • Apply surcharges for remote or difficult-to-reach areas

6.2 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days from dispatch
  • Available via Blue Dart Express (primary), India Post, or other couriers as needed
  • Tracking provided

Express Shipping (if available):

  • Estimated delivery: 3-4 business days from dispatch
  • Premium courier service
  • Priority processing
  • Tracking provided

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Any applicable remote area surcharges

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

6.3 Shipping Partners

We primarily use Blue Dart Express for deliveries. For locations not serviced by Blue Dart, we use India Post or Shiprocket (shipping aggregator platform).

Your shipping information (name, address, phone number, email) will be shared with the shipping partner to facilitate delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on data sharing.

6.4 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, holidays), processing may take 7-10 business days.

Processing Time does NOT include shipping/delivery time. Total time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

6.5 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on:

  • Your location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Courier performance
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Address accuracy
  • Recipient availability

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout and in shipping confirmations are approximations based on typical shipping times.

6.6 Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier/carrier name
  • Tracking link
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

6.7 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Correct street address
  • Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
  • Accurate pin code
  • Contact phone number
  • Correct recipient name

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Delivery delays or failures due to incorrect addresses
  • Orders shipped to wrong addresses you provided
  • Orders lost because address information was incomplete
  • Additional costs for re-delivery to corrected addresses

Address corrections after shipment:

  • May not be possible
  • May incur additional courier fees (charged to you)
  • May result in return to sender

If an order is returned due to incorrect address you provided, we may:

  • Deduct original shipping costs and return shipping costs from your refund
  • Charge you for re-shipment to the correct address

6.8 Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address (provided by you)
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Refusal to pay COD amount
  • Inaccessible delivery location
  • Security restrictions at delivery location

The courier will attempt to contact you and may hold the package for pickup or return it to us.

You may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Re-delivery charges (if you request re-delivery)
  • Storage fees (if applicable)

If the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus:

  • Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs incurred
  • COD handling fees (if applicable)
  • Restocking fee: 10-15% of product value (if product packaging is damaged)

6.9 Unclaimed Packages

If you do not claim a package after delivery attempts and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

If you do not respond within 30 days, we will process a partial refund (product value minus shipping and return costs) and the order will be closed.

6.10 Tracking Your Order

Track your order using:

  • Tracking number provided in shipping confirmation email
  • "Track Order" feature on our website (login required)
  • Courier's tracking website directly
  • Tracking link provided in shipping confirmation email

Tracking updates typically occur:

  • When package is picked up from our facility
  • At courier sorting centers during transit
  • When out for delivery
  • When delivered

Tracking may not update in real-time. Allow 12-24 hours between updates.

6.11 Delivery Confirmation

Most couriers require:

  • Signature upon delivery (for high-value orders)
  • OTP (One-Time Password) verification
  • Photo of recipient with package
  • Delivery to authorized person at address

By placing an order, you authorize:

  • Any adult at the delivery address to accept delivery on your behalf
  • Delivery to your mailbox or designated safe place (if no signature required)
  • Contactless delivery (if requested or courier policy)

6.12 Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems:

Package Not Received:

  1. Check tracking status first
  2. Verify delivery address you provided
  3. Check with household members if someone else received it
  4. Contact the courier using tracking number
  5. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date

Package Damaged During Transit:

  1. Do NOT refuse delivery
  2. Accept the package and note damage on delivery receipt
  3. Photograph the damaged package immediately (before opening)
  4. Photograph damaged products inside
  5. Contact us within 24-48 hours with photos and tracking number
  6. Retain all packaging materials for courier inspection if needed

We are NOT liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers
  • Packages lost by courier (though we will assist with claims)
  • Damage during shipping (unless inadequately packaged by us)
  • Force majeure events affecting delivery

However, we will work with you and the courier to resolve issues and may offer:

  • Replacement shipment (if product is damaged or lost)
  • Refund (if replacement not possible or preferred)
  • Credit toward future purchase

6.13 International Shipping

Customs and Import Duties:

  • You are responsible for ALL customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs authority
  • We cannot predict or control these charges
  • These fees are separate from shipping charges
  • Non-payment of customs fees may result in package return at your expense

Delivery Times:

  • International delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks
  • Customs clearance can add 1-2 weeks
  • We are not responsible for customs delays

Documentation:

  • Customs declarations will be completed accurately
  • Invoice value will reflect actual purchase price (we do not undervalue for customs)
  • You may be required to provide additional documentation to customs

Restricted Items:

  • Some products may not be shippable to certain countries
  • Check your country's import restrictions before ordering
  • We are not responsible if customs refuses entry of products

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for most products, subject to the conditions below.

The return window begins on the date of delivery (not date of order).

7.2 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be unwashed and free from pet hair, dirt, or odors
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice)
  • Not be damaged due to use, washing, or pet interaction

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or soiled by pets
  • Products with removed tags or labels
  • Products damaged by customer or pet (chewing, scratching, staining)
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products purchased more than 10 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase

7.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the return window at support@prazuchi.com or +91-9928330990
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
  3. Await return authorization - DO NOT return without authorization
  4. Pack the product securely in original packaging (or suitable alternative)
  5. Ship to the return address provided in your return authorization
  6. Use a trackable shipping method and retain tracking information

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If returning due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged in transit): We pay return shipping
  • If returning for any other reason (changed mind, wrong size selected, don't like it): You pay return shipping

We recommend insured shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.

7.5 Return Inspection

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
  • We verify the product meets return eligibility requirements
  • If approved, refund is processed
  • If not approved, we will contact you with options:
    • Return the product to you (you pay return shipping)
    • Dispose of the product (no refund issued)

7.6 Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund: Product price (if we made an error or product is defective)
  • Partial refund: Product price minus original shipping charges (if you're returning for other reasons)
  • No refund: If product does not meet return eligibility or shows signs of use

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Original shipping costs (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping costs (unless we made an error)
  • COD charges
  • Gift wrapping fees (if applicable)

Restocking Fee:

We may charge a restocking fee of 10-15% if:

  • Return is due to buyer's remorse for large/bulky items

7.7 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Return the original product following the return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Once your return is approved, we'll process a refund
  4. Your new order ships separately

Why no direct exchanges?

  • Ensures you get the new item quickly (don't have to wait for return processing)
  • Allows you to choose from currently available options
  • Prevents issues if the desired exchange item is out of stock

7.8 Defective or Damaged Products

Products Defective on Arrival:

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of:
    • The damage
    • The product packaging
    • The shipping label
  3. Do NOT discard packaging materials

We will:

  • Arrange pickup of the defective product at no cost to you (or authorize return and reimburse shipping)
  • Send a replacement immediately (if available)
  • Issue a full refund (if replacement not available or not desired)

Products That Develop Defects:

If a product develops manufacturing defects during normal use within the warranty period:

  • Follow our Warranty Policy procedures
  • We will repair, replace, or refund per warranty terms
  • See Section 8 for complete warranty details

7.9 Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of what you received
  2. Keep the incorrect item and its packaging
  3. We will arrange pickup at no cost to you
  4. We will ship the correct item immediately (expedited if possible)
  5. You will not be charged anything

7.10 Missing Items

If items are missing from your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Specify which items are missing

We will:

  • Verify the order contents from our records
  • Ship missing items at no additional cost
  • Issue a refund if you prefer not to wait

7.11 Cancellations vs. Returns

There is a difference:

  • Cancellation: Before shipment - full refund including shipping
  • Return: After delivery - may exclude shipping costs

8. Product Warranty

8.1 Warranty Coverage

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for the period specified on individual product pages (typically 90 days to 1 year depending on product type).

This warranty covers:

  • Seam separation due to defective stitching (not pet damage)
  • Zipper failures from manufacturing defects (not forced opening or pet chewing)
  • Fabric tears from material defects (not pet chewing or normal wear)
  • Waterproof barrier failures from manufacturing defects (not from damage or misuse)
  • Fill settling beyond normal expectations due to material defects

8.2 What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

Pet-Related Damage:

  • Chewing, biting, scratching, clawing, tearing by pets
  • Soiling, staining, or biological damage
  • Damage from aggressive or destructive pet behavior

Improper Care:

  • Damage from washing incorrectly (ignoring care instructions)
  • Bleach damage or use of harsh chemicals
  • Heat damage from dryers (if air-dry only specified)
  • Damage from improper storage

Normal Wear and Tear:

  • Gradual color fading over time
  • Pilling or matting of fabric surfaces from friction
  • Compression of fill materials with extended use
  • Loosening of stitching from normal use
  • Surface wear from regular use

Misuse or Accidents:

  • Using products for unintended purposes
  • Exposure to extreme conditions not recommended
  • Modifications or alterations to products
  • Damage from accidents or mishandling

Other Exclusions:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (not prazuchi.com)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products used commercially (unless specifically rated for commercial use)
  • Products beyond warranty period
  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality

8.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period at support@prazuchi.com or +91-9928330990
  2. Provide:
    • Order number and date of purchase
    • Product name and description
    • Clear photos showing the defect
    • Description of when and how the defect appeared
    • Confirmation you followed care instructions
  3. Await our assessment

We will:

  • Review your claim within 3-5 business days
  • Request additional information or photos if needed
  • Determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect (covered) or exclusion (not covered)

If claim is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Upon receiving the product, we will:
    • Repair the product (if feasible), or
    • Replace with the same or comparable product, or
    • Refund the purchase price
  • Choice of remedy is at our discretion

If claim is denied:

  • We will explain why the damage is not covered
  • We may offer to return the product to you (you pay return shipping)
  • No refund or replacement will be provided

8.4 Warranty Limitations

This warranty is:

  • Non-transferable (applies only to original purchaser)
  • Applicable only to products purchased directly from prazuchi.com
  • Limited to repair, replacement, or refund (our choice)
  • The only warranty provided (no other warranties, express or implied)

Maximum liability:

Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential damages (injury to pets, damage to property, etc.)
  • Veterinary expenses
  • Emotional distress
  • Lost time or inconvenience
  • Any damages beyond product replacement/refund

8.5 How to Maximize Product Life

While not required for warranty coverage, we recommend:

  • Selecting appropriate product sizes for your pet
  • Supervising initial use of new products
  • Following all care and washing instructions
  • Inspecting products regularly and discontinuing use if damaged
  • Removing products from use if your pet exhibits destructive behavior toward them

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Maximum Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) IN QUESTION.

9.2 Excluded Damages

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Injury to you, your pets, or any third parties
  • Damage to your property (floors, furniture, carpets, etc.)
  • Veterinary expenses or medical costs
  • Consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Emotional distress or mental anguish
  • Cost of replacement products from other sources
  • Time, inconvenience, or lost use

EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.3 Product Use Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • All pet products carry inherent risks
  • No product is indestructible or suitable for all pets
  • Individual pets vary in behavior and strength
  • You are responsible for supervising your pet's use of products
  • You will discontinue use if products show damage
  • Products are not medical devices or substitutes for veterinary care

9.4 No Consequential Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Choking hazards from products damaged by pets (you must discontinue use)
  • Ingestion of materials by pets
  • Allergic reactions (though we use quality materials, individual sensitivities exist)
  • Tripping hazards or placement issues
  • Use of products in unsafe locations

9.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.


10. Product Safety and Proper Use

10.1 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Select products appropriate for your pet's size, weight, behavior, and needs
  • Supervise your pet during initial use of any new product
  • Inspect products regularly for signs of damage
  • Remove damaged products immediately
  • Follow all care and maintenance instructions
  • Use products only as intended
  • Discontinue use if products show wear that could pose safety risks

10.2 Safety Warnings

Choking Hazards:

  • Damaged products may create choking hazards
  • Remove damaged products from your pet's access immediately
  • Do not allow pets to use products that show tears, holes, or loose components

Supervision:

  • New products should be introduced under supervision
  • Some pets may not be suitable for certain products
  • Aggressive chewers require constant monitoring with any product

Size Selection:

  • Using wrong size products may pose safety risks
  • Oversized products may be difficult for pets to use
  • Undersized products may be uncomfortable or unsafe

Allergies:

  • Though we use quality materials, individual pets may have sensitivities
  • Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of allergic reaction
  • Consult your veterinarian if concerned

10.3 Medical Disclaimer

Products are not medical devices:

  • "Orthopedic" products provide comfort but are not medical treatment
