We engineer our products for durability and stand behind them with genuine warranty coverage.


Two Types of Coverage

Standard Warranty — 1 Year

Covers all Prazuchi products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered:

  • Seam separation from defective stitching
  • Zipper failures from manufacturing defects
  • Fabric tears from material flaws
  • Waterproof layer delamination (not from damage)
  • Excessive fill compression beyond normal limits

What's Not Covered:

  • Pet damage (chewing, scratching, tearing)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper care or washing
  • Compression up to 30% in fiber-filled beds (normal)

Duration: 1 year from delivery date

Chew-Resistant Warranty — 90 Days

Enhanced coverage specific to chew-resistant beds. Provides one-time replacement if the inner chew-resistant mattress shell is penetrated by chewing.

What's Covered:

  • Clear tears through inner chew-resistant shell only
  • Damage from mild to moderate chewing
  • Within first 90 days of delivery
  • One-time replacement per customer

What's Not Covered:

  • Outer removable cover (not chew-resistant)
  • Surface marks without complete penetration
  • Damage after 90 days
  • Second or subsequent claims
  • Aggressive or widespread destruction

Important: Only the inner mattress shell is chew-resistant and covered. The outer cover is not.

Remedy: One replacement inner shell (empty - no filling or outer cover included)

Filing a Warranty Claim

Contact us within the warranty period:

Email: support@prazuchi.com
Subject: "Warranty Claim - Order #[Number]"

Include:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Description of the issue
  • Confirmation you followed care instructions

Assessment: 3-5 business days
Remedy: Repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion


Important Information

Proof of Purchase Required

Warranty claims require order number and proof of purchase from prazuchi.com.

Original Purchaser Only

Warranties are non-transferable. Gift recipients must have original purchaser file claims.

Care Requirements

Following proper care instructions is required to maintain warranty coverage. Damage from improper care voids warranty.

Multi-Channel Purchases

Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from prazuchi.com. Products from other retailers may have different coverage - contact us to verify.


What Warranty Does Not Cover

Consequential Damages
We're not liable for property damage, veterinary bills, injuries, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is the product purchase price.

Customer-Caused Issues
Damage from pets, modifications, improper use, or neglecting care instructions voids warranty.

Normal Expectations
Compression, fading, softening with use, and gradual wear are normal - not defects.


Maintaining Your Warranty

Follow Care Instructions
Wash correctly, dry properly, maintain regularly.

Inspect Regularly
Check for damage and discontinue use if safety risks appear.

Document Issues
Take photos immediately when defects appear.

Contact Us Promptly
File claims within warranty period - don't wait.


Beyond Warranty

After warranty expires:
We still want to help. Contact us about issues - we may offer solutions even outside warranty period.

Replacement covers available:
Extend product life by replacing worn covers while keeping functional cores.
